Recently a British-based company has been caught by a fitness instructor for  stealing the before-and-after photographs of one of his customers. The company used the copyrighted images for falsely advertising their weight loss product without the original owner’s consent. An illegal and unethical action that might potentially ruin the reputation of the Hitch Fit Gym in Kansas city.

The fitness instructor Michah Lacerte is currently seeking legal action and aggressively contacting the company to remove the stolen images of his 34-year-old customer’s stunning transformation. According to Mr. Lacerte his customer named Brandi Wisdom who is also a mum has only transformed her body from obese to slim fit by regular exercise and diet. She never used the diet pills.  The British-based company used the images to promote their Garcinia Cambogia extract which has been described as a “wonder pill”.
The company in question was unavailable to give a  response.
