Just over a month ago a man named Webster Lucas from California got into a serious predicament with an employee working at a McDonald’s restaurant in Pacoima. Mr. Lucas went there to have dinner and wasn’t quite satisfied with the way one particular employee named Angel was handling his customer service obligations.
It turns Mr. Lucas ordered a Quarter Pounder Deluxe menu and was only given 1 single napkin. When Mr. Lucas asked politely for some extra napkins the employee Angel reacted in a rude manner. The employee allegedly rudely deprived Mr. Lucas of the luxury of having an extra napkin since he already had one.
Now Mr. Lucas is suing the giant corporation McDonald’s for $1.5 million. He also claims that the incident caused him huge distress and prevented him from working effectively. Lucas also wrote a couple of letters to the restaurant’s manager claiming he was mentally scarred from the whole negative experience.
