One of the most popular cases of UFO abduction claims is known as the Pascagoula Abduction, which took place in 1973 in Mississippi.
Two co-workers, 19 year old Calvin Parker and 42 year old Charles Hickson, were fishing in the Pascagoula river. According to the men, they saw two blue lights before an oval spaceship appeared. They were levitated onto the ship where they were examined by several aliens. According to Parker and Hickson, each alien had one leg, a slit for a mouth, and three carrots for eyes and noses. They were around 5 feet tall and examined the men for around half an hour before shipping them back to the river.
Unsurprisingly, local police didn’t believe their story. Sheriff Fred Diamond decided to leave the two men alone in a room with a hidden microphone, believing that they would reveal the story as a fake once they thought they were alone. However, to the Sheriff’s surprise, Parker and Hickson continued to discuss the abduction as if it had happened for real.
